Where did my dogs favourite toy go?

This dog came in to see the vet because it had been vomiting occasionally. Initally he was treated for enteritis, but then he suddenly became much worse, vomiting constantly.

Xrays were taken of the stomach and intestines and they indicated a possible foreign body in the small intestine. Barium was given to the dog, but this failed to move through the small intestines confirming that the dog was totally blocked.

The dog went to surgery to remove the unusual item in the intestines.
