Peak oil: is it states business?
Sandra Kanck has been a member of the upper house of the South Australian parliament for more than 14 years. Because she wanted it to be on a matter of great significance, for her ‘maiden’ speech she chose the subject of the need to limit population. She recently introduced a motion on peak oil.
Population growth and the MDG's.
What does peak oil have to do with the States? States which start now will have an advantage by the time we run out of oil, having started transitions such as transit systems. We treat the planet as though it were a business in liquidation.
