Telowie coastal wetland.

The Telowie coastal wetland is a 1.7Km long section of coastline running directly north from the Port Flinders road to Weeroona Island through to the Telowie Beach Reserve. This wet land covers an area of 1.7 square kilometres with an extensive tidal mangrove creek system and samphire salt marsh.

The wet land is currently awaiting Heritage agreement with the South Australian Department for Environment which will ensure this unique section of the Spenser Gulf coastline is protected for future generations.
