The Tritium charger installed at the Whyalla Veterinary Clinic received high praise from veterinarian Dr. Samantha Morris. Dr. Morris embarked on a journey from Perth to Adelaide in her new MG Electric Vehicle to attend the National Veterinary Conference.
She opted for an electric vehicle to minimize her carbon footprint and chose the MG EV due to its availability and affordability.
During her trip across the Nullabor, Dr. Morris utilized various chargers, mostly 3-phase chargers that required 3 to 6 hours for a full charge. However, she encountered the High-Speed DC charger in Whyalla, which fully charged her vehicle in just one hour, allowing her just enough time to take a lunch break. Dr. Morris described this experience as “amazing.”
Continuing her journey, Dr. Morris reached Clare where she charged her MG before arriving in Adelaide. The charging experience in Whyalla had a significant impact on her overall trip, as she remarked that it “made a difference.”
