When you arrive, you have to check in, either with the QR code using the mySA GOV.app on your phone or filling in the SA Government paper contact tracing record.
Please do not come to the clinic if you are unwell or have been to Adelaide to any of the COVID hot spots.
You must hand sanitise for 20 seconds on arrival and we request that you wear a mask. Masks are available if required.
Please observe social distancing when in the clinic.
