Veterinary clinic is open to see cases where animal welfare is a concern and given that we have been treating parvovirus cases in dogs, that includes vaccinations.

We can supply medication repeats and food on a non-contact basis. Please call and organise this before you arrive.

Upon arrival at the veterinary clinic, ring the door bell and the infection control nurse will see you. You must see the infection control nurse on arrival and follow her instructions. Entry to the veterinary clinic is not permitted until she has authorized you to enter.

All clients must wear masks on the premises, hand sanitize for 20 seconds and check in on the Government Covid App or fill in a paper form on entry.

There is a limit of one client per patient.

Card payment is preferred during this time.

Physical distancing of 1.5m must be observed at all times including queuing outside waiting for service.

All non essential grooms are postponed and the nurses will rebook them for you. We can only groom dogs where their welfare is a concern because of issues such as prickles, seeds or skin lesions.

All puppy school has been postponed for one week.
