We use electric vehicles for all our pick up and drop off of our patients. House calls for vet to call out and see a patient are available but need to be organised well in advance. If your companion is unwell, the gold standard of care is to bring them into the clinic or organise for a nurse to pick them up for you.
Patients with Vomiting or Diarrhoea cannot be transported by us due to the high incidence of Parvovirus in the area. We recommend all dogs should be vaccinated yearly to prevent parvovirus infection.
