RSPCA gets $1670 from fundraising Microchip Day

The microchip and dog wash day on the 27th July 2013, along with pet adoption raised $1670.00 in much needed funds for the RSPCA Whyalla shelter. RSPCA Manager Andre Siedrecht said "This will help them with the upkeep of the existing animal cages and the new·dog·run currently under construction at the Whyalla Shelter".

Dr. Andrew Melville-Smith hands the $1670.00 raised to RSPCA Manager Andre Siedrecht. The money will be used bythe RSPCA volunteers to purchase a new gassless mig welder, a steel drop saw and associated equipment for shelter maintenance.
